Terms of Service

1. What Paliko is

Paliko is a tool for mystery color-by-number coloring book enthusiasts to build digital color codes for coloring book pages, track their progress, manage their marker collection, and save photos of finished pages. Paliko is a fan-made, independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any coloring book publisher or brand.

2. Accounts

You need an account to use most of Paliko's features. You're responsible for providing accurate information when you sign up, keeping your login credentials secure, and all activity that happens under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Paliko. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 13, we may suspend or delete it.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload to Paliko, including photos of your finished pages and the color codes you build. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service for you.

You're responsible for making sure you have the right to upload any content you submit. Don't upload content that infringes someone else's rights, is illegal, or is abusive.

4. Coloring book content

Paliko helps you build reference color codes for pages in coloring books you already own. We do not host, sell, or distribute coloring book page artwork itself. Coloring book covers, titles, and related trademarks belong to their respective publishers and rights holders. See Section 9 below for how to report a copyright concern.

5. Acceptable use

When using Paliko, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property or privacy
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download data from the Service without permission
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation

6. Termination

You may stop using Paliko and delete your account at any time by contacting us at palikoapp@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Paliko is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paliko and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months (which, since Paliko is currently free, is $0).

9. Copyright concerns and takedown requests

We respect the intellectual property rights of coloring book publishers, illustrators, and other rights holders. If you believe content on Paliko infringes your copyright or trademark, email palikoapp@gmail.com with:

• Identification of the copyrighted work or trademark you believe is being infringed
• Identification of the specific material on Paliko you believe is infringing, including a URL or clear description of where it appears
• Your contact information (name, email address, and, if applicable, mailing address)
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf
• Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receiving a valid request, we will review it promptly and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the identified content.

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email with: identification of the content that was removed and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification, your name, address, and phone number, a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the applicable court in your area, and your physical or electronic signature.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly upload infringing content.

10. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we'll update the effective date above. Continued use of Paliko after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
